MATT PEDEN

Matt Peden is one of the three owners of Hatch, a sports specialist creative comms agency, and has over 15 years’ experience working across a broad range of sporting projects.

Matt started his career at Ptarmigan Sports Marketing, working across sponsorship activation projects for the likes of Tetley’s and Quorn.

He then went on to work for Paul Ridley Ltd, again driving activation projects forward with the likes of Samsung and First Group.

At Hatch, he has helped grow the agency into one of the largest outfits in the North of England, working on projects for the likes of The EFL, Thomas Cook Sport, Checkatrade, Nationwide, UK Sport and British Cycling.

Matt led on comms for Hatch on the Rugby League World Cup 2021, which was a six year project, spanning work across PR, social and content.
